A quick, easy to read and understand book for a keto friendly cleanse。 It looks very doable, so my husband and I are going to try it later this summer。 I’ve done her green smoothie cleanse before, but it included way too much fruit, so too high in carbs for me。 This one fits into my lifestyle better。

Easy ReadThe book has great information about health。 I like that she broke information down about macro, net carbs, carbs。。。。 so it was easy to understand the role of food。I like that she offers recipes but honestly many did not sound appealing to me。 I'm hoping it taste good because I'll have a new palate once I go through this journey。I'm a foodie and like to eat!
